An application model generation part (140) generates an application model from the results of the analysis performed by the control flow analysis part (110) and the data dependency analysis part (120) and the source code (10). An improvement point search part (170) searches an improvement point for improving architecture complexity from the application model by using refactoring procedure information and stores improvement point information in an improvement point information storage part (180). An improvement point list output part (190) outputs an improvement point list (20).
