<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective point service without leak of personal information of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The point management device 100 comprises a point management server 101, an information processor 102 of a shop, and a customer terminal 103. The point management server 101 is connected with a customer database 104 in which customer information is recorded. The point management server 101 generates trend information of a customer before point expiration based on the attribute and point of the customer contained in the customer information, and transmits it to the information processor 102 of the shop. The information processor 102 of the shop transmits, upon receipt of the trend information, service information matched to the trend information to the point management server 101.
