<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting means for lessening a real image and enlarging illumination, and an inspection device which is formed to avoid crossing of the irradiating direction of the lighting means and the photographing direction of a photographing means and uses the same lighting means. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting means has light-emitting diodes 14 arranged to line up in a straight line, a reflecting mirror 15 for reflecting light of the light-emitting diodes 14, and a concave mirror 16 for reflecting the light sent from the reflecting mirror 15.
