<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor or the like, capable of limiting functions of equipment to be connected regardless of the kind of the equipment without providing a special means on the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a function limiting file storage means 422a for storing a function limiting file for limiting functions of equipment to be connected; a performance list file storage means 422b for storing model-dependent/model-independent performance list files describing usable functions in the equipment; a performance list file selection means 424 for selecting a performance list file corresponding to the model of the equipment from the performance list files stored in the storage means 422b; and a display item generation means 426 for generating a setting screen for setting a content of processing by the equipment based on the performance list file selected by the selection means 424 and the function limiting file stored in the storage means 422a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
