<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital house into which an aged person, a pensioner, etc. of a general household can move without anxiety and in which they can live healthfully. <P>SOLUTION: In this hospital house which is a four-story building made of reinforced concrete, its second-floor and third-floor sections 10b are provided with a plurality of habitable rooms 19 in which dwellers go to bed and live, a dining room 16 for providing the dwellers with meals cooked and delivered by an external cooking service provider, a bathroom 17 for the dwellers, a plurality of toilets 18, etc., respectively. The floor area of the habitable room 19 is 36 m<SP>2</SP>; four beds 19a are arranged in the habitable room; and the habitable room is wide enough for the four dwellers to live in. An external cleaning service provider, an external washing service provider and an external medical service provider visit the hospital house, and perform the cleaning of the habitable room 19 etc., the washing of the dweller's bedclothes, clothes, etc., and the management of the dweller's health, on the basis of individual contracts between the dweller and the external cleaning service provider, the external washing service provider and the external medical service provider, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
