<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although it is possible to remove an excessive heating process to a surface mounting parts which is a preceding process and contributes to lead-free since a press fit connector can be mounted on a substrate by only press-fit, current-carrying performance is deteriorated by vibration and oxidation at a contact part since this is a method of current-carrying by generating a mechanical contact load in a terminal and a through hole. <P>SOLUTION: By covering the terminal and the through hole by a paste type curing resin, and by thermal curing in an airtight sealed state, a stable current-carrying performance can be secured over a long period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
