<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a redundant circuit which can be operated when a power supply is short-circuited in part of the redundant circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a power supply circuit, a power supply control circuit to which power supply potential is input from the power supply circuit, and a first function circuit and a second function circuit connected to the power supply control circuit. The power supply control circuit selects either the first function circuit or the second function circuit, determines whether the power supply is short-circuited, and stops the supply of power and supplies power to the other function circuit when the power supply is short-circuited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
