PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electronic device wherein multiple units having a required function are integrated so that the individual units cooperatively operate as are affixed to clothing or accessories and the degree of the position of each unit in the entire device is enhanced. SOLUTION: A flexible cable 20 has its surface coated with an insulator and has terminals 21 and 22 for electrical connection at both ends thereof. When the terminals are connected, a closed-loop circuit is formed. Each of multiple node units 10 has an air core coil through which the flexible cable 20 is passed. The node unit gives and receives electric power and communicates signals with other node units through electromagnetic coupling between it and the flexible cable 20 and the closed-loop circuit of the flexible cable 20.
