PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppression resin composite material of light weight having less dependence on thickness noise suppression effects. SOLUTION: The noise suppression resin composite material uses dielectric characteristics and satisfies the formulaεr'*t≤300(mm),εr"*t≥3(mm), where t(mm) is the thickness,εr' is the real part of a complex permittivity constant, andεr" is the imaginary part of the complex dielectric.
