PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain sound quality of a speaker set which is originally installed at an extreme angle by preventing deterioration and deformation due to unbalanced load in a buffer material arranged between the speaker unit and a casing even when the setting angle is changed to a different direction in accordance with location of a listener. SOLUTION: The speaker unit mounting structure includes a speaker unit 2, a front casing 11 having a supporting part to support a part 3 to be supported at the front surface of the speaker unit with the rear part opened, a rear casing 21 forming a speaker unit accommodating space S with the front casing through coupling with the rear part of the front casing, a front buffer material 31 arranged between the part 3 and a part 12 to be supported of the speaker unit, a rear buffer material 41 arranged between the rear part of the speaker unit and a rear wall surface of the rear casing, and a fastening part 51 for fastening the rear casing to the front casing.
