PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low drop-out voltage regulator with high-performance linear and load regulation. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a low drop-out voltage regulator with high-performance linear and load regulation, comprising: a reference voltage circuit capable of providing a reference voltage; a differential amplifier; an output power transistor capable of driving a load resistor; a feedback circuit disposed between the differential amplifier and the output power transistor to output an error correction voltage by making the differential amplifier to compare the reference voltage with a voltage that the feedback circuit provides; and a voltage buffer used for executing frequency compensation, disposed between the differential amplifier and the output power transistor, the voltage buffer comprising a complementary type buffer.
