PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground feeding method, which can impregnate or spread liquefied carbon dioxide efficiently to a deep water-bearing stratum, and to provide its underground feeding device. SOLUTION: The method of feeding liquefied carbon dioxide underground comprises the step of pumping up groundwater of the deep water-bearing stratum from a production well on the ground to make injection water, the step of adding a pulsating water pressure to the injection water, the step of feeding the injection water to which the pulsating water pressure is given in the deep water-bearing stratum from an injecting well, the step of feeding the liquefied carbon dioxide into such a depth from a store tank as to be able to keep the liquefied state in the injection well, and the step of breaking liquefied carbon dioxide into minute droplets in the injection water inside the injection well to mix and to produce a two-liquid-mixed fluid.
