PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar part assist device capable of assisting to retain the forward-bent posture of a user. SOLUTION: This lumbar part assist device is provided with a lumbar frame 12 to be worn on the user's lumbar part, a back frame 14 to be worn on the user's back part, a joint part 16 for connecting the back frame 14 to be worn on the user's back part to the lumbar frame 12 to be worn on the user's lumbar part so as to tilt frontward the user, and an actuator preventing the back frame 14 from tilting frontward the user in the actuation state.
