PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability of a superheat degree control portion 44 in an air conditioning device 10 controlling a degree of superheat by an indoor expansion valve 26. SOLUTION: The superheat degree control portion 44 is provided with control gain for deciding an opening manipulated-variable of an indoor expansion valve 26, and a control gain deciding portion 41 for setting the control gain g higher than a present one when a target degree of superheat SHs is increased in comparison with a present value, and setting the control gain g lower than the present one when the target degree of super heat SHs is decreased in comparison with the present value.
