摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a useless effort in parts machining, and to facilitate assembling work, when embodying a damper construction having an adjusting valve installed in a bypass passage detouring round a damping valve, capable of adjusting a passing flow rate of working fluid in the bypass passage. SOLUTION: The adjusting valve 10 to adjust the passing flow rate of a working fluid in the bypass passage detouring round the damping valve 2a are integrally formed with a push rod 20 to supply thrust to the adjusting valve 10. When the adjusting valve 10 and a push rod 20 following thereof is inserted into a through-hole 3a bored in the axis center of a rod body 3 with a clearance S to be assembled, an O-ring 21 installed in the outer periphery of the push rod 20 comes into contact with the upper end of the rod body 3 to be centered.
