PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of obtaining the tomographic images of high quality relating to a desired tomographic plane. SOLUTION: A plurality of images (transmission images, for instance) obtained by a series of photographing of irradiating a specimen 120 with radiations while successively changing an irradiation angle and a reference image (a past transmission image capturing the specimen 120, for instance) are collated, and the angle of the tomographic plane corresponding to the reference image is set on the basis of the collated result. Then, according to the set angle of the tomographic plane, the tomographic image relating to the specimen 120 is generated on the basis of the plurality of transmission images obtained by a series of photographing.
