PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power seat track at low cost. SOLUTION: An upper rail 103 comprises a first side part 103a, a second side part 103b opposed to the first side part 103a, and a top part 103c for bridging the upper part of the first side part 103a and the upper part of the second side part 103b. A contact means prohibited to move in the axial direction and allowing the first side part 103a, the second side part 103b, and the top part 103c of at least one of the front end surface and the rear end surface of the upper rail 103 to come into contact therewith is attached to a screw shaft 111.
