NON ORIENTED LIGHT DIFFUSION SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A non-oriented light diffusion sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent looseness of a part of a film during a manufacturing process by forming a coating layer including, polycarbonate having a refractive index similar to a central layer, as a binder. A non-oriented light diffusion sheet has a central layer and a skin layer. The skin layer is formed at least in one side of the central layer. The central layer is made of polycarbonate and copolyester blend resin. The coating layer is laminated on the skin layer. The coating layer contains polycarbonate resin as a binder and organic particles. A thickness of the light diffusion film is 300 to 500 micro meter. A thickness of the coating layer is 5 to 30 micro meter. The central layer and the skin layer are blend resin of 10 to 90 weight% of polycarbonate and 90 to 10 weight% copolyester.
