A remote target paper monitoring system using a thermal sensor is provided to facilitate implementation of the system, reduce mass-production cost, and increase effectiveness of a shooting exercise. A remote target paper monitoring system using a thermal sensor is used for a shooting exercise using an antiaircraft gun(205) and comprised of a model plane(201) and a target plate(203). The model plane is wirelessly flown by a training officer and transmits a target detection signal as a radio signal. The target plate is connected to a predetermined location of the model plane, and assumes the penetration of the target plate as the target detection signal by inducing a change of voltage or current when the target plate is penetrated by an antiaircraft gun shell.
