<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid and simple grain evaluation method of high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: Grain is evaluated by a method containing the step of crushing grain, the step of bringing the crushed grain into contact with a solvent, the step of acquiring the potential measuring value of the solvent brought into contact with the grain using a membrane potential measuring type taste sensor equipped with a lipid high-molecular membrane responding to a taste component and the step of judging the properties or quality of the grain on the basis of the measuring value acquired in the step of acquiring the potential measuring value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
