<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable tool for the prevention and treatment of cold, which easily and accurately warms up bodily parts (those having brown fat cells or the points) for quickly raising body temperature without burning them, or presses and stimulates the points useful in the prevention or treatment of cold. <P>SOLUTION: The tool is worn on the body.
