PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for limiting effectively a traveling direction of light, while maintaining high use efficiency of the light.

SOLUTION: This optical sheet 20 is provided with a sheet part 35, a lens part 30 including a plurality of unit lenses 31 formed on the sheet part, and a plurality of light reflecting parts 33 provided inside the sheet part to reflect the light, and extended respectively in substantial parallel to a sheet face of the sheet part. Each light reflecting part is arranged in an area including a position opposed between the adjacent unit lenses. A length along a normal to the sheet face of the sheet part from an apex of the unit lens up to the light reflecting part is shorter than a focal distance of the unit lens.
