<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for aligning a glass plate which prevent the occurrence of strain in the glass plate, and to provide a method for bending the glass plate by which the productivity can be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: While the glass plate 18 is transferred by aligning rollers 24A-24E, the aligning rollers 24A-24E in contact with the glass plate 18 being transferred are displaced in their axial direction, thereby the posture of the glass plate 18 being transferred is matched with the reference posture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
