<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition which contains a nano-scale carbon compound, can effectively adsorb/release large amounts of nutrients and skin stains, and can realize a purpose for maintaining clean and healthy skins. <P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains a graphitized cylindrical carbon compound in an amount of≤50 wt.%.
