<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic test method of an indirect hot line tool, along with an indirect hot line tool used therefor, capable of surely judging water proofness of the indirect hot line tool in advance by considering characteristics of it, so that only the indirect hot line tool with no fear of infiltration of water can be used for operation, resulting in improved sureness of operation and work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic test method of the indirect hot line tool uses a pneumatic test device consisting of a device body 1 equipped with a negative pressure generating device 4 which is applied to an indirect hot line tool 8 comprising a hollow rod body 9 equipped with a tool 10 which is operated by operating an operation part 11, for generating a negative pressure in an object space, and a pressure measuring device 6 for measuring a pressure in the object space. The object space is a space inside the rod body 9. After the object space is made to be negative pressure by the negative pressure generating device 4, a pressure change in the object space is measured with the pressure measuring device 6 while only the pressure measuring device 6 is connected to the object space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
