METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, AND ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor excellent in solder heat resistance with long life.

SOLUTION: An electrolytic element is formed winding a pair of electrode foils comprising a positive electrode foil and a negative electrode foil with a separator held therebetween. A dispersion solution dispersed conductive solid particles or its aggregates in a solvent is impregnated into the capacitor element to form a flat conductive solid layer with conductive solid particles or its aggregates on the electrode foil. The electrolytic capacitor is formed by impregnating an electrolyte into the capacitor element in which the conductive solid layer is formed.
