PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a construction apparatus for a floor heating mat that is used as one for lease or reused as a used one. SOLUTION: A leased mat 10 is fixed to be freely peeled to an adherent film 3 stuck to the surface of a bed 12 using an adhesive tape 1 with a micro-sucker 2.
