PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing the cost and the man-hour without damaging design properties while maintaining heat insulation performance equivalent to the conventional one, and capable of reducing the environment load by improving a recycling rate of components. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a heat exchanger 6, an air blow fan 4 arranged on a downstream side of the heat exchanger 6, a blow-out port 3 blowing out the air generated by the air blow fan 4, and a vertical air direction change blade 1 arranged in the blow-out port 3 and changing the vertical direction of the blown air. The vertical air direction change blade 1 forms a hollow part 2 by mutually fitting a box part 1b and a hollow cover 1a, the heat insulating performance equivalent to attachment of the heat insulation material 12 can be maintained by the hollow part 2, and the hollow part 2 can be formed only by fitting the hollow cover 1a to the box part 1b, and therefore, assembly is easier than attachment work of the heat insulation material 12 as conventionally made, and the cost and the man-hour can be reduced, and further, the vertical air direction change blade 1 can be reused as it is, and thereby, the environment load can be reduced.
