PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting system capable of certainly and easily issuing container number recording paper on which container number data are printed, even when each store has a plurality of containers. SOLUTION: The sorting system comprises a full button 11 instructing that the container in which commodities are put has been renewed when it is renewed; a system controller 21 counting the renewal frequencies on every store when the renewal of the container is instructed, and producing the container number data for every store according to the renewal frequencies when sorting work for every store is finished, and a label printer 5 issuing a number data label in which the produced container number data is printed.
