PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device with a resin member molding a substrate member arranged at side faces of a battery cell with an intercalation of a coating member coating the battery cell. SOLUTION: The battery device 10 is provided with a battery cell 20 equipped with a cathode terminal 21 and an anode terminal 22, a substrate member 30 with an external connection terminal 33, a resin member 50 molding the substrate member 30, and a label sheet 60 coating a whole outside face of the battery cell 20, with the substrate member 30 and the resin member 50 integrally structured on a top-side face 20b of the battery cell 20. The label sheet 60 is provided with a top-side coating part 60b coating the top-side face 20b of the battery cell 20 arranged in opposition to the resin member 50, and the resin member 50 is arranged in opposition to the top-side face 20b of the battery cell 20 with an interposition of the top-side coating part 60b of the label sheet 60.
