PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new application of polysulfated chondroitin sulfates. SOLUTION: A horny layer intercellular lipid-originating liposome containing a test article is prepared by adding an injection solvent containing the test article after preparing an artificial intercellular lipid film obtained by mixing main constituting component of a horny layer intercellular lipid. A regular lamella structure is constructed by evaluating a Maltese Cross image with a polarizing microscope in using the polysuflated chondroitin sulfate as the test article.
