PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat locking structure capable of increasing a lower anchor locking strength by receiving a load applied to the lower anchor in the peeling direction by a mounting bracket and distributing it even if the load is applied to the lower anchor when the lower anchor for locking a child seat is formed to be detachable according to the specifications and requests. SOLUTION: In this child seat locking structure, the mounting bracket 8 is installed on a pipe frame 4 extending between floor side brackets 1a, 1b or 2a, 2b, and with the lower anchor 6 engaged with the anchorage 21 of the child seat 20 placed on the lower surface of the mounting bracket 8, the mounting bracket 8 is bolted for locking.
