PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stabilize a reference signal, while stabilizing the reference signal even when a high-level input signal or a low-level input signal is continuously inputted. SOLUTION: An electronic circuit is provided with a differential amplifier circuit 14, to which a digital input signal VA and a reference signal Vref are inputted, a first smoothing circuit 21 for smoothing the digital input signal VA by using a first capacity value, a second smoothing circuit 22 for smoothing the digital input signal VA by using a second capacity value larger than the first capacity value, and a first switch S1 that selects output of either of the first smoothing circuit 21 and the second smoothing circuit 22 that sets it as the reference signal Vref.
