PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoker detection device, a smoker alarm system, a smoker monitoring server and an unextinguished cigarette alarm device, capable of certainly detecting a smoker. SOLUTION: In this smoker detection device, when it is decided that a high-temperature small area is present inside a face image area or in a neighborhood area thereof or when it is decided that the high-temperature small area is present inside a fingertips image area or in a neighborhood area thereof (YES at S22 or S24), a partial image of a prescribed range including the high-temperature small area with the face image area or the fingertips image area as the center is recorded in a file inside a storage part 143 together with date and place data (S23, S25). When recording the partial image (including a face image in the case of a fingertips image) of the prescribed range including the high-temperature small area with the face image area or the fingertips image area as the center into the file together with the date and place data, warning voice or a warning image showing no smoking is output to the alarm device 16 so as to issue a warning to the smoker (S26).
