PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a system model more efficiently when generating the system model by combining partial models prepared beforehand. SOLUTION: A system model generation support device stores a plurality of partial models together with input/output information on the partial models; generates an input-side portion of a system model by sequentially selecting and coupling partial models capable of constituting the system models from an input side among the stored partial models on the basis of input information of the system model and the input/output information of the respective partial models; generates an output-side portion by sequentially selecting and coupling partial models capable of constituting the system model from an output side among the stored partial models on the basis of output information of the system model and the input/output information of the respective partial models; and couples the input-side portion and output-side portion to each other to generate the whole system model.
