PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to properly perform a confirmation operation using sensor symbols which have issued the alarm without forgetting it. SOLUTION: When receiving a fire detection signal from a disaster prevention receiver, a map information display unit reads a map where the alarming sensor symbol 76-1 is disposed out of a database to display it on the display screen of a liquid crystal display etc., and changes the color of the symbol to another color different from a color during normal supervision. A symbol display control unit monitors the confirming operation using a cursor 80 for the sensor symbol 76-1 having issued the fire alarm, and enlarges and displays the sensor symbols 76-1 according to an elapsed time when no confirming operation is performed.
