PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent device that simultaneously connects a power source line to adjacent pixels. SOLUTION: The invention relates to an organic electric field light emitting element and, in particular, relates to the configuration of the organic electroluminescent device for improving an aperture ratio and the manufacturing method thereof. In the organic organic electroluminescent device, positions of driving elements configured in the adjacent pixels are made close to each other so as to simultaneously receive signals with one power source wire. This makes it possible to reduce the number of power source lines to 1/2 of the conventional one. Consequently, the aperture ratio and luminance of the organic electroluminescent device are improved and so wiring failure can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
