PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kakeshita Kimono (wedding Kimono with thinly padded hem) greatly shortening a time required to change clothes of a Kimono style at a wedding reception, enabling efficient smooth performance of proceeding of a wedding reception, and free from the need of a high skill for dressing, and to provide a method for dressing clothes to be changed after wedding for a wedding reception using the Kakeshita Kimono. SOLUTION: This Kakeshita Kimono includes a two-divided type Kakeshita which is divided into an upper wear 1 composed of a collar 4, a Hiyoku 5 (floating linings), a gusset 6, and a front body 7, and a lower wear to be worn in a loincloth-like state, and a Kakeshita Obi which is unitedly attached with an Obi cord and an Obi bustle. The dressing method includes dressing a colored design Kimono to be used for changing clothes, dressing the Kakeshita Kimono which is composed of the two-divided type Kakeshita and the Kakeshita Obi over the colored design Kimono, and further dressing in layers a Kimono to be worn before changing clothes over the Kakeshita Kimono.
