PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield of products, in a container provided with a projected tongue piece. SOLUTION: The container 1 with the lid has a storage space 5 which stores a content 19 and is provided with a container 2 having a round opening 3 at one side and a lid body 4 for closing the opening 3. The tongue piece 17 is projected outward in a radial direction at a part of the outer edge of the lid body 4. Since a plurality of the lid bodies 4 are engaged with one another when they are piled up in the same direction, a position of the tongue piece 17 is aligned along the pile direction of the lid bodies 4, and the rotation of the respective lid body 4 in a circumferential direction is regulated, and a separable engaging part 18 is arranged in the pile direction of the plurality of the lid bodies 4 in the container with the lid.
