PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging vessel which holds an item to be packaged while limiting its movement by outer force in the packaging vessel, has a light weight and enables a cushioning material or the like to be easily disposed after use. SOLUTION: The packaging vessel has a vessel body 10 accommodating a product 40 and at least a pair of the cushioning members 22 and 32 in such a manner that the product 40 is pinched from both sides when the product 40 is accommodated in the vessel body 10. The cushioning members 22 and 32 have slanting surfaces 24 and 34 formed by spreading urethane films 23 and 33 on hollow supports 25 and 35 having openings 26 and 36 on one surface respectively so that they cover the openings 26 and 36, both the slanting surfaces 24 and 34 facing to each other.
