PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a strap of a handle for a board comprising the strap whose one end side is fixed on the board longer when the board is open, and to make the part of the strap projecting above the board shorter when the board is closed. SOLUTION: One end side 17 of the strap 13 is fixed on the board 4 with a screw 19 and a first hook member 15. A second hook member 16 is fixed at a longitudinal intermediate part 21 of the strap 13. When the board 4 is at a closed position, the first and second hook members 15, 16 are mutually engaged. When the board 4 is opened and maintained at an open position, the engagement of the first and second hook members 15, 16 is released so as to make the strap 13 longer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
