PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the adhesion between a cap member and a jetting head in a fluid jet apparatus. SOLUTION: An inkjet printer is equipped with both a line head 13 which has a plurality of nozzle openings 17 to jet a fluid, and the cap member oppositely arranged to a nozzle forming surface 21A of the line head 13. The inkjet printer is equipped with both a nozzle substrate 21 which has a nozzle forming region 21a with a plurality of the nozzle openings 17 formed on the nozzle forming surface 21A, and a flattening substrate 29 which is set on the nozzle substrate 21 and flattens at least points with which the cap member comes into contact in the periphery of the nozzle forming region 21a.
