PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a clear book (stationery for putting documents etc., in a transparent pocket to be fixed to a book cover) integrated easily and broken easily to be recycled especially by fitting storage bags to the book cover of wrappings by a holder. SOLUTION: In a clear file 1, a plurality of the storage bags 4, for example made of a PP film 45μm in thickness, each having an opening 4a for putting a document 9 at one end, overlie the inner surface of the book cover 3 the wrapped cover 2a of which is made by wrapping cardboard with a PP film inside. The projections 6 of a fitting plate 5 made of PP having the projections 6 are inserted in turn into projection insertion holes 3a opened in the book cover 3 and binding holes 4a opened in the laminated storage bags 4 from the outer surface of the book cover 3. The book cover 3 and the storage bags 4 are held by holding plates 7 which are made of PP and keep fitting holes 8 opened. The tips of the projections 6 are fitted to the fitting holes 8, and the laminated storage bags 4 are attached to the book cover 3.
