PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage holder which can be easily manufactured and securely prevent stored matter from falling off. SOLUTION: This storage holder is manufactured as follows. A piece of sheet-like form is prepared using, as constituent members, a base 15, an upper pocket piece which is foldable in an upper pocket folding line, a lower pocket piece which is foldable in a lower pocket folding line, and the upper flap piece which is foldable in an upper flap folding line, to the base 15 respectively, and the lower flap piece formed integrally with the lower edge part of the upper pocket piece. In this sheet-like form, the upper pocket piece is folded in the upper pocket folding line, the lower pocket piece is folded in the lower pocket folding line, and the upper pocket part 25 and the lower pocket part 27 are formed by welding the upper pocket piece and the lower pocket piece to the base 15 so as to form openings 24 and 26. Further, an upper flap part 28 superposed on the opening 24 of the upper pocket part 25, is formed by folding the upper flap piece in the upper flap folding line. Besides, the lower flap part 29 superposed on the opening 26 of the lower pocket part 27, is formed of the lower flap piece following the welding of the upper pocket part 25.
