PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable proper holding in accordance with the width etc., of a bead without exchanging the component of a bead set apparatus which arranges the beads in a tire component on a molding drum. SOLUTION: A bead set ring 31 holding the beads 15 of the bead set apparatus is composed of a plurality of support members 32 and contact members 33 which are arranged in the circumference of the beads 15. The contact member 33 contacts the outside part in the width direction of the bead 15 supported from the inner peripheral side by the contact member 32 to control the movement in the width direction of the bead 15 and to regulate the position in the width direction on the support member 32 of the bead 15. The contact member 33 is connected with the support member 32 state-changeably between a standing state and a falling state, and the contact member 33 is state-changed in accordance with the width etc, of the bead 15 to change a contact position with the bead 15.
