PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device having simple structure by reducing the number of components and compactly installable inside a transmission case. SOLUTION: The parking brake device is provided with a braking operation mechanism 92 for making a parking brake operation shaft 90 operable from outside of the transmission case 3 support a brake lining 91 for braking arranged inside the transmission case 3 and nipping the brake lining 91 along with rotating operation from outside with respect to the parking brake operation shaft 90.
