PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a panel fixing tool and a panel to a frame with high strength. SOLUTION: A cover 30 has width W30 set smaller than the width W100 of grooved frames 101, 102 by the thickness W200 of the panel 200, and a screw through hole 36H of the cover 30 is displaced to a front wall 34F side and formed in an asymmetrical position, so that one rear wall 34B of the cover 30 corresponds to corresponding outer wall faces 101S1, 102S1 of the grooved frames 101, 102, the panel 200 fixed to the cover 30 by a screw 50 corresponds to opposite outer wall faces 101S2, 102S2 of the grooved frames 101, 102, and the screw through hole 36H corresponds to a screw hole 22H of a fixing tool main body 20. Thus, the panel fixing tool 10 can be stably fixed to the grooved frames 101, 102 with high strength over faces in the width directions of the frames 101, 102, together with the panel 200.
