METHOD FOR A WIRELESS HEARING AID AND THE APPARATUS THEREFOR

A method and an apparatus for a wireless hearing aid are provided to overcome disorder due to unilateral deafness by transmitting a sound collected at a hard-of-hearing part to a normal ear. A wireless hearing aid apparatus(400) is comprised of a microphone module(410) and a receiver module(440). The microphone module receives an external sound and converts the sound into electrical sound information. The microphone module transmits the electrical sound information to one of the standardized communication protocol including the zigbee and the Bluetooth. The receiver module receives the electrical sound information by wireless and converts the electrical sound information into the sound. The receiver module transmits the converted sound to an ear. The microphone module is mounted on the hard-of-hearing ear and the receiver module is mounted on the normal ear.
