A lighting system including a reflecting cap improving distribution of light efficiency is provided to improve efficiency of light by changing a pathway of incident light with a reflector. A lighting system(100) comprises an optical source portion, and a light guide portion(120) and a reflecting cap(130). The optical source portion comprises a lamp outputting light. The light guide portion is optically connected to the optical source portion. The outer surface(122) of the light guide portion is mostly smooth. The inner side(124) of the light guide portion is configured into a plurality of linear shapes. A plurality of linear shapes are extended to the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the light guide portion. The linear shape is the prism shape. The reflecting cap of a cone-shape is arranged behind the lamp. The reflecting cap reflects the light outputted in the lamp to the light guide portion. The reflecting cap comprises a cap portion(132) and a reflector(134). The reflector is fixed to the inner side of the cap portion. |
