A method for preparing a marsh snail pill, and the marsh snail pill prepared by the method are provided to remove the fishy smell of a marsh snail. A method for preparing a marsh snail pill comprises the steps of drying the collected marsh snail at 80 deg.C; re-drying the dried at 60 deg.C; pulverizing 80-90 wt% of the dried marsh snail and 10-20 wt% of black beans; pasting the mixture so as to make the pill-shaped one; and drying the prepared pill to make the marsh snail pill.
